“A Museum in the Games”

Programs for Children and Teenagers
With the motto “I learn through play – I grow up with Love and Happiness”, the workshop is addressed to children and teenagers, and aims at creating a learning framework that uses tools, specialized educational material and activities based on play, music and movement, fine arts, theatre and the narrative art, and is inspired by the Values and Symbols of Olympism, as well as the history of the Games and the Athletes. In this workshop, children will cultivate qualities such as patience, perseverance, gratitude, understanding the other and diversity, as well as self-knowledge and emotional expression, learning to relate to and communicate with others in an effective way.
Participants: Children over 5 years old
Starting Date: Saturday 04/12/21.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 13:30 - 15:00.

Programs for Adults
Respectively, the Experiential Educational Programs for Adults invite participants to an experiential journey of empowerment and enhancing the creative use of individual skills aiming at personal well-being on the arena of daily practise. The program, inspired by the Athens Olympic Museum’s exhibition and based on the following branches: Body | Emotional Intelligence | Mind, gives the participants the opportunity to express their emotions and develop skills by showcasing each person’s own strengths, as well as their multi-faceted abilities, thus enhancing their mental resources for addressing everyday life.
