Every Saturday at the Athens Olympic Museum, knowledge combines with fun.
The Athens Olympic Museum offers every Saturday, for both young and old, a unique experiential journey into the history of the Olympic Idea.
With the purchase of a ticket, all visitors can enjoy free guided group tours of the permanent exhibition spaces.
The interactive exhibits, original audiovisual material, and athletes’ experiences through their stories and personal belongings compose the permanent exhibition of the Athens Olympic Museum , reflecting the history, values, and philosophy of Olympism.
The free guided group tours at the Athens Olympic Museum are available every Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, every hour (last entry at 5:00 PM).
Participation requires a telephone reservation at +30 210 6885 560. Please note that due to limited availability, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
This initiative adds to the free activities and programs offered by the Athens Olympic Museum and highlights the Museum’s role in introducing the public to the ideals of Olympism, promoting the inseparable relationship between Sport, Culture, and Education.
