The Athens Olympic Museum will be open to the public on Sundays, December 1, 15, 22 and 29, from 11:00 to 19:00, offering unique visitor experiences.
With the purchase of an admission ticket, all visitors can enjoy a free group guided tour of the Museum’s Permanent Exhibition.
Embark on an immersive journey through the history of the Olympic Idea — from the myths of antiquity that gave birth to it, to its revival in 1896, and its transition into the modern era — through historical artifacts, original audiovisual material, interactive exhibits, personal items and athletes’ stories.
Free group guided tours at the Athens Olympic Museum are available every Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, every hour (last entry at 17:00), and on Sundays December 1, 15, 22 & 29, 2024, from 11:00 to 19:00, every hour (last entry at 18:00).
